We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our Client's Digital team. This hybrid role spans two key areas: AI project coordination and ongoing support for internal websites and client platforms (MyClub). You’ll apply Agile/Scrum practices to manage sprints, facilitate team collaboration, and ensure high-quality delivery in a cross-functional, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day coordination of AI proof-of-concept (POC) projects using Agile methodology.

  • Support business managers with backlog refinement, KPI definition, sprint planning, and documentation.

  • Assist in the ongoing management of website-related tasks including incident tracking, BAU maintenance, and data quality reporting.

  • Own the backlog: define priorities, write and validate tickets, and support sprint execution.

  • Organize and lead Agile events (stand-ups, retrospectives, planning, etc.).

  • Track KPIs and produce monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in product or project management roles using Agile methodology.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in financial industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage with IT and business stakeholders.

  • Fluent in English;

  • Knowledge of French and/or experience in asset management is a plus.

  • Proficiency with Agile tools and incident tracking/reporting systems.

  • Experience with AI or data projects is a strong advantage.
