Digital Project Manager Blockchain & AI

About the Role:
We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our Client's Digital Data & Innovation Center of Excellence. This role focuses on strategic, cross-functional initiatives at the intersection of blockchain, AI, and digital innovation—including digital currencies, tokenized assets, and next-generation technologies.

As part of a global team, you’ll drive the delivery of company's Tech Savvy Roadmap through project management, stakeholder engagement, and industry research. 

Key Responsibilities:

Blockchain & Digital Assets

• Develop and implement digital asset strategies, including use cases for tokenized assets and digital currencies.

• Lead digital asset projects and coordinate stakeholders through internal committees.

• Monitor blockchain trends and market evolution; contribute to internal and external forums.

• Act as an ambassador for blockchain within the Group.

AI & Innovation Projects

• Contribute to AI-related initiatives and support project managers with use case analysis and documentation.

• Track and report KPIs related to AI and tech innovation.

• Collaborate with internal innovation leads on emerging technology projects.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with teams across Legal, Risk, IT, Compliance, Operations, and Business.

• Support the validation process (e.g., TAC/NAC) and align projects with group-level guidelines.

• Participate in group-wide and external innovation events to gather market insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or consulting.

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and AI concepts.

• 3+ years of experience of blockchain and preferably AI Project Management

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.

• A curious, collaborative, and resilient mindset.

• Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
