For our Client, a production company based in Legnica, we are looking for experienced in finance departments Director who will manage a small shared service structure. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of ~20-employees structure
  • Supporting Group Entities in proper functioning of accounting processes in the scope of AP, AR, Treasury and Fixed Assets pocesses
  • Cooperation in building the Shared Services Center in Poland  with simultaneous optimization and improvements
  • Participation in developing and updating procedures and processes in the Company based on the guidelines of the Financial Director and the Management Board
  • Cooperation in adapting the SAP program to current accounting and tax regulations
  • Cooperation with external institutions (US, NBP, auditors, banks, etc.)
  • Preparation of resolutions of shareholders and the management board
  • Reporting KPIs  to the direct superior and the Management Board
  • Monitoring and controlling bank guarantees 
  • Supervision of the insurance policy for Polish companies in cooperation with the broker and headquarters

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar position in managing finance structure, preferably in SSC environment
  • Experience in production company and good understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Advanced English language skills to cooperate in the international structure
  • Practical knowledge of SAP
  • Goal orientation and the ability to act effectively within strictly defined deadlines
  • Enthusiastic leadership skills and the ability to engage others
  • Experience in building finance structures of SSC will be highly valued
  • Excellent communication skills to build and maintain effective business relations
