Financial Analyst

For our client - an international company from the SSC sector, we are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join the team based in Lodz, Poland

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the accounting team to produce accurate monthly financial results, including reviewing sales deals, operational expenses, and reconciling the balance sheet.
• Calculate customer rebates and sales commissions.
• Contribute to the production of the monthly management reporting pack.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Support the Commercial Controller in evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecasts.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses as required.
• Handle internal and external audit requests.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a Controlling role, in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated and collaborative.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (excluding VBA) and experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with other reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
