Financial Controller

Key responsibilities:

  • Full P&L Responsibility – Managing the entire profit and loss statement (P&L), including the production, sales, and general expenses (OPEX, general management costs), up to the EBITDA level.
  • Supporting the Head of Controlling as a Business Partner – Close collaboration with the Head of Controlling, providing analysis and recommendations that support financial decision-making at the strategic level.
  • Coordination in a Matrix Structure – Working within a matrix structure, reporting locally to the Team Leader in Poland and regionally to the Head of Controlling.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Production Controllers – Close cooperation with sales and production controllers, integrating and synchronizing various financial aspects.
  • Development and Support of the Team – Joining a growing finance team.

 

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in economics, finance, or controlling.
  • Professional experience in business analysis or controlling (including financial and management reporting, month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis).
  • Understanding of financial processes within the industry and the ability to interpret financial data from a business perspective.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Fluency in English – working in an international team.
