Requirements:
- Fluent working French and English is essential (min C1)
- Accuracy and client focus approach
- Previous fund accounting or corporate accounting experience (+4 years)
- Knowledge of Private Capital industry
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn
- Great organization skills and resilience
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
- Good Knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills – oral & written
- Knowledge of eFront will be an asset
Responsibilities:
- Perform BAU tasks on a portfolio of up to 15 funds (i.e. bookkeeping, cash and asset reconciliations, accruals calculation, NAV calculation), in accordance with procedures and deadlines.
- Review work performed by other team members, providing guidance and signoff in case of complex transactions/funds
- Monitor the team’s activities, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting
- Train and develop less experienced team members, acting as a go-to person in case of technical development / questions.
- Take responsibility for the whole team, providing support for Team Leader, ensuring team’s KPIs are satisfactory
- Co-operate with the Team Leader on various projects including co-ordinating migration of fund reporting from France
- Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and implement improvements/ efficiencies
