Fund Accounting Specialist with German

For our Client, new company on Wroclaw market, we are looking for Fund Accountant with German to join accounting team located in Germany. You can work from Wroclaw in hybrid model or relocate to Germany.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing Venture Capital and Private Equity investments.
• Preparing quarterly fund and investor reports.
• Independently preparing accounting records, annual financial statements, and tax declarations, as well as collaborating with tax advisors.
• Being responsible for regulatory reporting to entities such as BaFin and the Bundesbank.
• Managing the liquidity of fund companies.
• Supporting the investment team in daily operational tasks.
• Handling general project-related and organizational tasks.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in areas such as Venture Capital, Private Equity, fund administration, business consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, or auditing.
• Strong customer and service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.
• High motivation for learning and achieving results.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in German and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
