Responsibilities:
- Lead the Fund Accounting Team (10 members).
- Provide technical and specialist support to the Team.
- Ensure compliance with Fund Accounting requirements and procedures.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and Risk to manage controls effectively.
- Daily management and supervision of the team, including task allocation.
- Respond to queries and requests in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback to direct reports based on their goals.
Requirements:
- Have a bachelor's degree at a minimum.
- Have preferably 4+ years of relevant experience in the Fund Accounting area.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in team management.
- Fluent in English.
- Proven ability in people management.
- Good understanding of Fund Accounting process.
- Have ability to work effectively and demonstrate initiative.
