On a daily basis, you will intervene in the strategic framing of projects:
• Propose and develop project strategies and governance in line with the needs of stakeholders and sponsors
• Coordinate and align participants involved in decision-making
• Define key actions, milestones and key success factors of projects
You will drive these projects
• Execute and implement the strategy through identified actions and according to the predefined schedule
• Suggest quality vs cost and risk vs cost trade-offs when necessary
• Identify and define actions to manage risks or problems during projects
• Take into consideration problems, expectations and needs of users
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders
• Support and challenge operational staff in defining their needs and solutions to be implemented
• Define target : processes, activities, product and tools based on workshops outputs and document analysis
Finally, you will guarantee user satisfaction through product design and the quality of the deployment
• Product definition (business requirements, business use cases)
• Communication with developers to enforce the design of digital services
• Propose a rollout strategy in line with the needs of stakeholders and sponsors
• Design content to feed communication media
• Execute and implement rollout strategy jointly with client development, client support and client activation teams
Within the portfolio of projects, you may be assigned to :
- Global enablement : secure the overall Clients / Users accesses and rights to the digital services
- NeoLink WEB Portal : systematize and optimize client’s digital equipment, build the next generation of our web portal by enhancing client experience and by addressing top clients’ priorities.
- E2E account automation: automate flows with the various upstream account systems.
- Reporting framework : new static and dynamic reporting platform and products
- Monitoring of digital products equipment and usage (incl. users’ journeys)
