We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Management Controller to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and strategic use of the company’s social data, while also supporting key HR reporting and budgetary processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of company social data for reporting purposes.
  • Analyze social data and propose corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop and manage HR dashboards and social reports to monitor key social indicators.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather, consolidate, and manage necessary HR data.
  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the HR budget.
  • Work closely with HR colleagues to validate reports and data accuracy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR teams, both locally and globally.
  • Liaise with Finance teams, Group Functions, and Group HR to ensure alignment and accurate reporting.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Competencies:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in social performance management or HR reporting.
  • Previous experience in the Asset Management industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and data management software (Excel, Tableau, etc.).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and good French (at least B1 level)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities with a collaborative mindset.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to handle and analyze complex databases.
  • Knowledge of social performance indicators and HR reporting best practices.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to drive positive change.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining team communication.
