Java Developer with Kafka

Location: Cracow

Contract Type: B2B

Salary: 170PLN/hour - 200 PLN/hour 

Work Model: Hybrid (Once a week from the office in Cracow)

 

Responsibilities:

·        Design, develop, and implement data intensive applications using Kafka messaging platform.

·        Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Kafka into existing systems and applications.

·        Troubleshoot and debug any issues related to Kafka messaging platform.

·        Implement best practices for Kafka configurations to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

·        Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange between different systems.

·        Collaborate with team members to design and build microservices architecture.

·        Write clean and efficient code in Java and Spring Boot for seamless integration with Kafka.

·        Create technical documentation and provide support for other team members.

·        Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data streaming and messaging platforms.

 

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 3-6years of experience working with API and Java working experience.

·        Proficiency in Java programming language.

·        Experience working with Oracle database.

·        Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.

·        Knowledge of microservices architecture and API development.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

·        Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·        Preferred Qualifications:

·        Certification in Kafka or Spring Boot.

·        Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

·        Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP.

·        Experience working with real-time data processing technologies.
