Our client, a prominent name in the automotive industry boasting numerous production plants globally, is currently seeking an adept and driven individual to fill the role of Interim Plant Manager. This position presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to oversee operations at our production plant, reporting directly to the Regional Operations Director.
Responsibilities:
- Direct oversight of all plant activities, with full P&L responsibilities.
- Strategic budgeting and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Upholding Group standards in reporting and manufacturing processes.
- General supervision of plant production, operations, and support functions in compliance with company directives and local regulations.
- Continuous prioritization of productivity and quality improvement initiatives.
- Management of local resources and investment planning.
- Formation and leadership of a cohesive team.
- Alignment of operations with Group development strategies.
- Cascading Group goals and objectives throughout the plant team.
- Regular performance evaluations against operating plans and standards.
- Commitment to continuous improvement practices.
Profile:
- University degree in engineering field.
- Minimum of 10 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in similar companies.
- At least 5 years of management experience.
- Expertise in Production Management, Manufacturing, and Project Management
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Results-driven and operationally focused.
- Passionate about driving change with transparency and integrity.
- Comprehensive understanding of automotive industry trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and team player with exceptional leadership capabilities.
- Fluent in English and local language.
