Internal Auditor with Ukrainian

Location: Warsaw or Lodz

Responsibilities:

You would be responsible for conducting internal process and financial audits in an international environment, developing practice-oriented improvement measures and monitoring their implementation. In addition, you will examine and advise with a focus on internal control systems, risk management, corporate governance and compliance, that includes:

• Planning and execution of global audit projects and consulting projects approved by the Audit Committee.
• Planning and implementation of risk-oriented process/in-depth company audits.
• Derivation of implementation-oriented recommendations for improving the internal control system and for more effective and efficient design of business and management processes.
• Planning and implementation of consulting projects to improve local processes

Requirements:

• You have a higher education (university, university of applied sciences) in the field of economics.
• Certification of Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is an advantage
• You have at least 3 years of auditing experience (external or internal) in an industrial environment.
• You are characterized by a comprehensive understanding of business relationships, a quick grasp and a pronounced team orientation.
• We regard very good written and spoken English, Polish and Ukrainian (Russian language is considered as well) language skills as a requirement.
• You like to travel; the travel activity amounts to approx. 30%.
