For our Client, a dynamic portfolio company (TMT sector) of a foreign fund, we are seeking a candidate for the position of Investment Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Perform business and financial analysis of target companies.
- Build detailed financial models and prepare valuation materials.
- Develop analyses and investment recommendations for Investment Committee.
- Collaborate with the deal team and external advisers across all stages of the transaction process.
Expectations:
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate finance (Investment Banking, M&A, Valuation, or Infrastructure/Capital Advisory).
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience building robust financial models.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting fundamentals.
- Creativity, independent thinking, and ownership mindset.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Curiosity and drive for continuous learning.
- Fluent English and Polish.
