M&A Lawyer

We are currently conducting a recruitment process for a prestigious law firm in Warsaw and are seeking an experienced Lawyer specializing in M&A transactions.

 

Responsibilities:

·        Provide legal advice and support on M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiations, and drafting of agreements.

·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and other parties involved in M&A deals.

·        Analyze legal risks and propose strategies to mitigate them.

·        Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

·        Assist in structuring and executing complex corporate transactions.

·        Review and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and disclosure schedules.

·        Advise on antitrust and competition law issues related to M&A activities.

Requirements:

·        Master's degree in Law.

·        Fully-qualified Legal Counsel or Attorney (admitted to the bar).

·        At least 4 years of proven working experience with M&A transactions, corporate law and joint ventures related tasks in an international or major national law firm or company.

·        In-depth knowledge of commercial, civil, and M&A law.

·        Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.

·        Proficiency in preparing and reviewing legal documentation.

·        Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·        Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
