Job Summary:

As the Marketing Events Specialist you will be responsible for coordinating, and executing a wide range of marketing events across various channels and countries. This role involves working closely with the European Field Marketing Manager, Product Managers, Sales,  Service and regional dealers to ensure successful delivery of events such as exhibitions, product launches, dealer open house days, product demonstrations, seminars and dealer/ customer engagement activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute events that align with the company's marketing strategies and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event planning & execution:
    • Assist the Field Marketing Manager in developing and delivering events and general marketing deliverables
    • Prepare detailed project planning lists to visualize actions, costs and the status of preparations for related marketing activities
    • Define event requirements from start to finish, coordinating with internal departments and working hands-on with suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
    • Coordinate availability of POSM and branded souvenirs
    • Ensure all events are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
    • Be creative and offer new ideas within the brand guidelines
  • Event calendar management:
    • Own and maintain a comprehensive Marketing Event Calendar, tracking national and regional initiatives across all channels.
    • Regularly update and communicate the calendar to Field Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with broader marketing strategies.

  

  • Post-event analysis & reporting:
    • Support the marketing team by sharing consumer insights gained from events into ideas, concepts and communication materials, lessons leanrt, improvements  and best practices
    • Support the cooinndation to collect and develop content for  jobsite reports, customer stories, and newsletters coerinate with regional agencies
    • Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Relationship management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, dealers and suppliers to implement marketing plans and execute events
    • Ensure clear communication and alignment with all parties involved in event execution
  • Fieldwork:
    • Spend 25-30% of the time in the field to oversee event execution and manage relationships with suppliers
    • Act as the on-site lead during events to ensure smooth operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and execution, preferably in a marketing-focused role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by event schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international teams and executing events across multiple countries
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and event industry best practices
  • Experience in supporting events and dealer-focused initiatives.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages welcomed)
