Role Overview
The New Business Senior Manager (Growth Senior Manager) is a high-impact, generalist role within a structured leadership acceleration program designed for individuals with strong growth potential and a passion for building, launching, and scaling new business lines or entering new markets.

Fast Track Development Path (18 Months)
During the program, you will:

Lead and coordinate initiatives across key business areas, including governance, finance, sales, and new business development.

Take ownership of growth-driving projects from ideation through execution, across both established and emerging business areas.

Act as a “business builder,” quickly adapting to changing priorities and identifying new growth opportunities.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

Experience in organizations developing new business lines or entering new markets, ideally within startup, scale-up, or innovation-driven environments.
