For our Client, an international manufacturing company located in Wroclaw, we are looking for candidates for the position of NPI Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily collaboration with procurement, planning, production engineering, production, and logistics departments.
  • Acting as a factory representative during meetings regarding product changes, with representatives from the design department and global project managers.
  • Coordinating implementation activities at the local level in collaboration with designers, engineers, planners, and other stakeholders in the process.
  • Planning and supervising the execution of tasks related to the Phase-in/Phase-out process.
  • Collaboration with procurement and engineering departments to ensure timely delivery of key components for pilot production and mass production timelines.
  • Ensuring proper preparation of data and system settings.

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the production field (production planning, logistics, process/production engineering).
  • Project management experience in the engineering field.
  • Proficiency in using SAP or other ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of the English language (at least B2 level).
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
