Payroll Specialist with Foreign Language
Work model: on-site/hybrid
Level: Junior, Mid, Senior
Office locations: Warsaw, Poznan
Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining the accuracy of payroll data
- Setting up new hires or employee transfers and compiling payroll data
- Maintaining statistical payroll information for use in decision-making and expense control
- Checking the accuracy of employee time reporting
- Evaluate current policies and processes and update and improve where necessary
- Respond to employee payroll-related queries
Employer requirements
- Fluent in English (min. B2 level)
- Good knowledge of one of the European languages like Hungarian / German / Dutch / Romanian / French / Czech / Slovak / Italian / Swedish / Norwegian / Danish / Finnish
- Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in: Accounting, Human Resources or Administration / any similar
- Clear understanding of all aspects of payroll along with previous experience with different payroll packages and in managing outsourced payroll providers
- Pro-active and good attention to detail

- Experience in a similar role or business with good client servicing skills
