Project Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar & Wind Farms)
We are looking for a Project Manager for an international IPP energy company to jointly develop and expand its PV/Onshore project portfolio in the Polish energy market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and management of solar and wind farm projects in Poland, from inception through to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Oversee all stages of project development, including site selection, permitting, design, and construction.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
- Collaborate with local authorities, communities, and landowners to foster positive relationships.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and key milestones.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar and wind energy project development processes, including permitting, construction, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organisational skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluent in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
- A degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field would be an advantage.
