Project Manager with French

French and English is a must have

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Monitoring of Key Projects:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key project initiatives.
• Help maintain and apply risk management practices across different projects.
• Support business owners and teams through risk assessment processes and ensure essential project steps follow internal guidelines.
• Regularly collaborate with business owners to conduct risk assessments for ongoing projects.
• Maintain and update project records and documentation in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Management of Projects:

• Participate in internal committees and relevant meetings.
• Provide updates and summaries on projects when required.
• Assist in analyzing potential risks and providing summaries of project developments.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including risk experts and subject matter professionals, to ensure smooth communication and project coordination.

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
• Strong communication skills in English and French
• Solid understanding of Risk Management principles
• Ability to work well in teams and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• A Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or IT Risk is preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in Risk Management or Project Management is required
• Experience in financial services or asset management would be a plus
