Engineering & Operations Team

Antal Engineering & Operations specializes in professional recruitment processes for specialist, expert, and managerial positions across the following industries: automotive, machinery, manufacturing, electronics, home appliances, FMCG (both Food and Non-Food), transportation, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, real estate, and energy – with a special focus on renewable energy sources (RES).

 

 

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a Headhunter – search for, identify, and reach out to candidates who best match your recruitment projects.
  • Conduct interviews to thoroughly assess candidates in both Polish and English.
  • Develop business by actively acquiring new clients (recruitment projects) and negotiating commercial terms and rates.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as their trusted advisor and partner.
  • Become an expert in your field and earn high bonuses for successful placements.

Our requirements

  • Have a strong knowledge of at least one of the following industries: automotive, machinery, manufacturing, electronics, FMCG (Food and Non-Food), transportation, logistics, chemical, mining, construction, or energy.
  • Have experience in B2B client service.
  • Know how to manage an end-to-end or 360° recruitment process.
  • Understand how to sell B2B services and have solid negotiation skills.
  • Have a good command of English (minimum B2 level) – we work with many international clients.
