SAP Ariba Procurement Systems Lead
Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and configure the SAP Ariba procurement platform.
- Set up and configure platform features (e.g., users, approvals, filters) according to procurement policies.
- Support the implementation and management of the procurement technology environment.
- Monitor and report on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tool usage, and work on improvement plans.
- Perform regular maintenance on the eProcurement platform and related data.
- Collaborate with business teams to manage changes to suppliers, users, items, and accounts.
- Act as a liaison between the company and procurement technology service providers.
- Evaluate new software releases and configure the system to match, supporting change management.
- Provide guidance to technical teams for system enhancements and bug fixes.
- Understand business needs and provide solutions that align with company goals.
- Lead assessments of procurement processes, business objectives, and operational models.
- Make decisions on policies, tactics, and resources to ensure business success.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
- Communicate with internal Ariba teams about updates, new features, and releases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Purchasing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or similar areas, specifically with Procure-to-Pay technologies.
- Experience working with SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay solutions.
- Familiarity with data migration processes.
- Knowledge of system improvements and upgrades.
- Experience in typical project activities, such as testing, creating test cases, analysis, documentation, customization, and training users.
- Proven ability to manage and maintain technology systems and associated processes, including system support and ongoing maintenance.
- Experience with managing system data, configurations, and integrations for SaaS solutions, including regular updates.
- In-depth understanding of Procure-to-Pay technologies, workflows, and business processes.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
