SAP FI/CO Analyst

Position: Senior SAP FI/CO Analyst
Location: Łódź (Hybrid or Remote)

Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO professional to join a global team supporting financial systems and processes. This is a techno-functional position that involves solution design, system support, and participation in international projects, especially within the S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement improvements within SAP FI/CO to streamline and enhance financial processes

• Support ongoing and upcoming SAP projects, providing third-line expertise

• Develop and maintain reports, enhancements, user/customer exits, CDS views, and Fiori applications in the financial module

• Handle change requests and continuously improve the SAP FI/CO landscape

• Maintain and create forms (SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms) used across various SAP modules

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing FI/CO applications

• Develop and maintain SAP interfaces to ensure seamless data flow between systems

• Collaborate with global SAP team members and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

• Provide support via internal ticketing systems (mainly OTRS) within defined areas

• Contribute to SAP project workstreams involving implementations and process enhancements

Who We’re Looking For:

• University degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

• Solid expertise in SAP FI/CO with analytical problem-solving skills

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: General Ledger (GL), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Cash Management (CM), Asset Accounting (AA), Treasury (TR), Document Reporting Compliance (DRC), Controlling (COPA), reporting, or period-end closing processes

• 5+ years of experience in SAP development, support, or consulting within the FI/CO space

• Proficient in S/4HANA and ABAP/Object-Oriented ABAP development

• Skilled in using BADIs, BAPIs, and CDS views

• Able to independently design solutions while working in a collaborative, fast-paced international environment

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)

• Proficiency in MS Excel

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Fiori, OData/Web Services, and other programming languages

• Familiarity with global SAP rollouts and localization

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, data migration, and project coordination
