Your responsibilitiesas a AR specialist:
- Entering and reconciliation of bank transactions
- Perform clearing of open positions of accounts receivables
- Manage prepayments and allocation of credit card transactions
- Resolving any enquiries related to AR area
- Record entries for fixed asset transactions
- Producing monthly financial reports
- Prepare documentation for audit and tax purposes
- Support global Finance optimization projects as requested

Your responsibilitiesas a AP specialist:
- Creating and adjusting AP processes taken over from the client;
- Monitoring supplier account balances and ensuring their timely settlement;
- Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to company policies and procedures;
- Maintain a strong understanding of German accounting regulations and compliance requirements, staying up-to-date with changes in the legal and regulatory landscape;
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts payable transactions;
- Prepare various financial reports and analyses related to accounts payable as required;
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounts payable function.
Our requirements:
- At least years of professional accounting experience in AR department
- Very good SAP knowledge
- Proficient German and English (at least B2 level)
- Analytical, focused on details person with a positive attitude
- Attention to details
- Good knowledge of MS Office package (especialy Excel)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
