Our Client is a global corporation based in 18+ locations, and the Internal Audit function covers the entire business from 3 main locations. We are creating a new team in Krakow that will perform a small number of local audits, but the main role will be to assist the global team to performed audits remotely of all global locations.
Senior Internal Auditor
The Senior Internal Auditor will play a critical role in supporting the execution of audits and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the internal audit function. Key responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing audit engagements in alignment with the annual audit plan.
- Perform audit fieldwork, including testing and analysis of processes, controls, and data.
- Support the drafting of audit findings and reports.
- Track audit findings and ensure the timely implementation of corrective actions.
- Contribute to the growth and development of team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- At. least bachelor’s degree in finance, economy, business or related field or any equivalent combination of education
- Proven experience in Internal Audit.
- Familiarity with the Financial Services industry is nice to have
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Interest in client experience, technological advancements, and fintech regulation.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Willingness to embrace innovation and contribute fresh ideas.
