- Developing and implementing new functionalities for our products, and maintaining existing ones
- Participating in the decision-making process, influencing the technology stack, taking ownership of the result
- Providing expertise and mentorship for less experienced members of the Java Team
- Working with frontend programmers and UX / UI designers
