Responsibilities:
- Controlling month end closure, forecasting and annual budgeting
- Deviation analysis in production cost area
- TWC capital analysis
- Analysis of financial and non -financial KPIs along the Supply Chain
- Continuous partnering with plant managers and CTO
- Carrying out ad-hoc analyses
- Lead harmonization projects
- Initiate and lead further development of the controlling systems
Requirements:
- University degree in economics/ finance/ controlling/ accounting
- At least 3 years of professional experience in business analysis or cost controlling in production company
- Knowledge of financial processes in industry and business understanding behind the financial numbers
- Very good English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Responsible, independent working style
- Proactive Can-Do Attitude with a willingness to learn and understand complex business models and systems
- Target-oriented, team-capable, and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP-BW - nice to have
- Knowledge of TM1 - nice to have
- Knowledge of German - nice to have
