Responsibilities:
- Playing a key role in month-end closing processes, forecasting, and providing support for budgeting within the production cost sector.
- Monitoring and evaluating financial and non-financial KPIs throughout the supply chain for all production sites.
- Conducting deviation analysis in the production cost area.
- Carrying out TWC analysis related to plant activities.
- Conducting financial analysis to assist in standardization and harmonization projects across various plants.
- Leading harmonization projects and initiating further development of controlling systems.
- Conducting ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Designing and managing templates for use within the production units.
- Overseeing the financial management and control of plant structures.
- Continuous partnering with plant managers and the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Requirements:
- A university degree in finance, economics, controlling, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or production controlling roles (minimum of 3 years is acceptable).
- A deep understanding of financial processes in the industrial environment and the ability to interpret financial data in a business context.
- Knowledge of financial processes in the industry and the business understanding behind financial numbers.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English (German would be an added advantage).
- Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and a results-driven attitude.
- Proactive, independent working style and readiness to learn complex business models and systems.
- Target-oriented, team-capable, and strong communication skills.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferable experience working with SAP-BW and TM1.
