Our Client is a leading global financial institution committed to delivering exceptional banking services worldwide. 

 Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regulatory reporting returns (CCR RWA) for local and consolidated reporting to relevant authorities 
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders across Business, Risk, and Finance on Risk-Weighted Assets (RWAs).
  • Contribute to the European Banking Authority (EBA) QIS and Climate stress testing returns for the bank.
  • Ensure high standards of reporting and respond effectively to ad-hoc regulatory requests.
  • Support the delivery of regulatory reporting transformation initiatives, including strategic business decisions and mandatory regulatory changes.
  • Conduct impact analysis in the context of Basel 3 reforms, model changes, and new product implementations.
  • Assist in business transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by suggesting and supporting optimization and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes
 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in regulatory reporting and analysis within the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Basel III, COREP, PILLAR 3, and related reporting requirements.
  • Proven expertise in preparing and analyzing complex regulatory reports and responding to regulatory inquiries.
  • Experience with stress testing, impact analysis, and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant regulatory reporting tools and systems.
