Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Prepare regulatory reporting returns (CCR RWA) for local and consolidated reporting to relevant authorities
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders across Business, Risk, and Finance on Risk-Weighted Assets (RWAs).
- Contribute to the European Banking Authority (EBA) QIS and Climate stress testing returns for the bank.
- Ensure high standards of reporting and respond effectively to ad-hoc regulatory requests.
- Support the delivery of regulatory reporting transformation initiatives, including strategic business decisions and mandatory regulatory changes.
- Conduct impact analysis in the context of Basel 3 reforms, model changes, and new product implementations.
- Assist in business transformation projects and strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement by suggesting and supporting optimization and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in regulatory reporting and analysis within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Basel III, COREP, PILLAR 3, and related reporting requirements.
- Proven expertise in preparing and analyzing complex regulatory reports and responding to regulatory inquiries.
- Experience with stress testing, impact analysis, and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant regulatory reporting tools and systems.
