UI Developer / Frontend
Location: Kraków
Contract Type: B2B
Salary: 150PLN/hour - 180 PLN/hour
Hybrid: Once a week from the office in Kraków

In this role, you will:
- Collaborate within a highly agile, cross-functional team of UX designers and UI developers on multiple products and initiatives.
- Work iteratively with code, balancing fast-paced delivery while maintaining quality.
- Engage with various stakeholders, including product owners, engineering leads, and design communities.
- Play an active role in development, focusing on a consistent approach to our component library and consuming applications.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Partner with engineering leadership to ensure UI consistency across multiple applications while adhering to best practices in UX/UI.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Expert experience with HTML, CSS, React, and Node.js.
- Strong skills in high-fidelity HTML/CSS prototyping.
- Excellent knowledge of design systems and responsive web development.
- Strong understanding of component-based development within a shared style guide context.
- Expertise in accessibility best practices.
- Solid knowledge of cross-browser concerns and issues.
Additional skills that would be beneficial:
- Experience in banking or retail domains and digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
