Account Termination Specialist with German
The Account Termination Specialist role focuses on the timely processing and approval of cancellations for various product account types, including secured accounts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verifying incoming orders and documents for completeness and authenticity.
- Handling tasks such as searching, managing, and updating customer and account data.
- Drafting written communication with customers.
- Processing complex tasks and closing cases within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborating with all relevant BackOffice teams.
- Continuously working on process optimization to achieve efficiency and enhance quality.
Requirements:
- University degree in the field - banking, finance
- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in banking or finance,
- Knowledge of German and English (min. B2)
- Well-organized work style.
- Service-oriented and resilient.
- Team player focused on achieving team and company goals.
- Openness to new challenges and change.
- Proficiency with computers and various software solutions.
