Agile Coach

Role Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and high-caliber professional to join our Client's ) team in Kraków as an Agile Coach. The primary role of the Agile Coach is to support the Agile Ways of Working Adoption within the team. This involves facilitating Agile practices, ensuring framework adherence, and delivering training on Agile methodologies and practices. The Agile Coach is also responsible for deploying the Agile Ways of Working Roadmap within Client's Change Framework guidelines and coordinating across teams executing through the AGILE methodology. Key responsibilities include managing teams to self-organize and deliver in an agile manner, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and maintaining stakeholder engagement during the transition from waterfall to agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Agile Coach role, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation skills, with the ability to conduct Agile training sessions and ceremonies effectively.
• Experience in managing teams and leading them to self-organize and deliver efficiently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.
