Business Finance Analyst

Employment Type: Full-time (Employment Contract)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Location: Warsaw)

Responsibilities:

• Execution of monthly closing procedures.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports using HFM and conducting in-depth data analysis.
• Data entry, maintenance, and contribution towards enhancing reporting capabilities in Business Intelligence platforms.
• Provision of financial support to business counterparts by facilitating the analysis of reported data.
• Enhancement of operational processes and maximization of system functionalities to drive automation and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in specialized domains such as FP&A, Controlling, Financial Audit, and Accounting.
• Academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness in identifying issues or discrepancies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, extensive knowledge of SAP/Oracle and BI tools, along with MS Office proficiency.
• Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and adeptness in navigating change management processes.
• Proficiency in English
