C Developer

Position: Software Developer
Experience Level: Mid or Senior Level

Role Overview
As a Senior Software Developer, you will contribute to the development and improvement of complex software solutions. You will collaborate with the engineering team to design, build, and maintain reliable applications while ensuring high standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and enhancement of internal software applications

• Analyze requirements and provide technical estimations

• Perform security impact assessments

• Design and implement scalable software solutions

• Conduct testing, prepare technical documentation, and support product releases

• Maintain and debug existing systems

• Investigate and resolve reported technical issues

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar software development role

• Strong programming skills in C

• Experience with Python, Perl, or TCL

• Hands-on experience working with Linux environments

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker, Git, or Gerrit

• Experience writing unit tests

• Understanding of networking technologies, including switching/routing, Ethernet, or broadband-related technologies

• Experience with systems integration

• Experience working with distributed teams

• Familiarity with Agile development environments

• Programming experience in Java

• Currently residing in Poland (knowledge of Polish is not required)

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Motivated to learn and share knowledge with team members

• A proactive team player who is willing to support colleagues and contribute to the success of the team and company

• Comfortable asking questions and seeking help when needed
