Client Support Specialist with Dutch, Norwegian or German

For our client - a leading financial institution with an HQ in the UK, we are looking for
Specialists with the knowledge of Dutch, Norwegian or German to join their office in Krakow

Responsibilities:

• Providing front-line support to our clients via different channels of communication

• Answering queries from our client base on all of our products, platforms, and accounts

• Resolving trade queries and disputes

• Providing clients with technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages

• Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks

• Participating in and running various local and international projects or initiatives

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch, Norwegian or German languages at min C1 level

• Fluency in English - B2/C1

• Previous experience in customer support environment/contact with clients

• A logical and analytical approach to problem solving

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Literacy in MS Office
