Delivering a superior customer experience
Communicate through various channels: phone, email, web chat,
Respond to customer inquiries regarding financial products and platforms,
Resolving inquiries and disputes related to transactions;
Handling transactions for customers,
Providing technical support to customers related to platforms and creating simulations;
Very good level of English (B2/C1)
Fluent French (C1 or native)
Experience of working within a financial environment, or experience of working in a client
servicing team or sales
Strong customer service orientation
Strong team player with a passion for working in financial sector
Excellent communication skills
Delivers results meets customer needs, manages execution, in a high volume
Proficient computer skills - good knowledge of the MS Office package.
