Key Responsibilities:

  • Code of Conduct & Policy Implementation:

    • Monitor the implementation of Group policies and adapt them to local contexts.
    • Update and maintain the AM procedure "Investment & Trading Conduct Staff Handbook" and associated training.
    • Ensure compliance with trading floor policies and address breaches related to communication channels.
  • Technology Oversight:

    • Coordinate the validation of authorized communication channels and oversee their implementation.
    • Manage the process for approving new communication tools and ensuring alignment with Group standards.
    • Supervise local mobile phone policies and identify restricted-use profiles.
  • Controls & Surveillance:

    • Oversee local compliance controls, analyze results, and escalate issues as needed.
    • Contribute to the Market Integrity process and ensure monitoring frameworks identify communication violations.
  • Transversal Missions:

    • Review service level agreements (SLAs) and measure performance of provided services.
    • Supervise updates to the DMA employee repository for communication channels.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection requirements and social partner consultations.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years in inspection, audit, compliance, or managing senior cross-functional IT projects.
    • In-depth understanding of regulatory environments, risk management, and control frameworks.
    • Knowledge of asset management and portfolio management processes.
  • Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Ability to influence, lead change, and manage cross-functional projects.
    • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Code of Conduct, risk management).
    • Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.
