Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update product data in consultant databases, including AUM, performance metrics, and personnel details.
- Coordinate new product entries and conduct annual database audits.
- Build and manage relationships with database and service providers.
- Data Quality Improvement:
- Ensure the accurate and timely entry of information.
- Address and resolve discrepancies, escalating recurring issues as needed.
- Systematically report and improve data quality through defined channels.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Coordinate training on platforms like eVestment for internal teams.
- Address ad hoc data queries from both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Provide feedback on platform search activity and outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Background in asset management or institutional investment consulting.
- Knowledge of global equity and fixed income markets, as well as portfolio analytics.
- Experience with consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, GIMD) and marketing data operations.
- Familiarity with RFPs, DDQs, and marketing materials.
- Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Progress towards CFA certification is a plus.
