Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management:
    • Maintain and update product data in consultant databases, including AUM, performance metrics, and personnel details.
    • Coordinate new product entries and conduct annual database audits.
    • Build and manage relationships with database and service providers.
  • Data Quality Improvement:
    • Ensure the accurate and timely entry of information.
    • Address and resolve discrepancies, escalating recurring issues as needed.
    • Systematically report and improve data quality through defined channels.
  • Collaboration and Training:
    • Coordinate training on platforms like eVestment for internal teams.
    • Address ad hoc data queries from both internal stakeholders and external partners.
    • Provide feedback on platform search activity and outcomes.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:
    • Background in asset management or institutional investment consulting.
    • Knowledge of global equity and fixed income markets, as well as portfolio analytics.
    • Experience with consultant databases (e.g., eVestment, GIMD) and marketing data operations.
    • Familiarity with RFPs, DDQs, and marketing materials.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas).
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
    • Progress towards CFA certification is a plus.
