Customer Service Advisor with foreign languages
Location: Kraków
We work: Hybrid (2 days from office per week)
Contract of employment: full-time
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to delivering unparalleled support to our global clientele, setting industry standards.
- Offer frontline assistance to clients via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Deliver exceptional client service, particularly in the finance domain.
- Address client inquiries regarding our diverse range of products and platforms.
- Resolve trade-related queries and disputes promptly.

Qualifications Needed:
- Mastery of the English language, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian, or French, enabling seamless interaction with international counterparts and clients.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to manipulate data, create complex formulas, and generate insightful reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills to tackle various challenges and find efficient solutions within the scope of the role.
- Desirable to possess experience working in a financial environment, demonstrating familiarity with financial concepts, or having previous exposure to client servicing teams or sales environments, indicating an understanding of customer needs and preferences.
