Customer Service Analyst with German
For our client - a large international company with the HQ in Poland, we are looking for candidates with advanced knowledge of German and English languages to start/continue their career in corporate environment
What you will do:
- Review maps data to assess business information accuracy based on client policies,
- Engage with businesses, predominantly via quick outbound phone calls, to verify their business information,
- Update client platforms based on verified information,
- Make well-balanced decisions based on market-specific knowledge

Your profile:
- English language knowledge min. B2/C1 level,
- German language knowledge min. B2/C1 level,
- Good written and oral communication skills, with excellent attention to detail,
- The ability to apply judgment on the job and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere,
- Good time management, prioritization, and ability to work without close supervision and under pressure.
