Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with the customers (by phone and e-mail and chat)
- Offering customers the best solutions
- Updating customers’ data in the system
- Creating reports
- Communicate with other company teams
Requirements:
- Experience in the customer service area (min. a few months)
- Fluent knowledge of Czech (min. C1)
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- University degree (bachelor/master)
- Communicative, goal-oriented, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-Solving Skills
- Openness for onboarding in the office in Warsaw (1 week), then remote or hybrid work (depending on your preferences)
