Customer Service Specialist with French

My client is a leading global manufacturer of innovative packaging solutions across various industries, focusing on sustainability and high-quality products. They operate internationally, offering advanced, customizable solutions tailored to client needs. Their commitment is to delivering reliable and eco-friendly packaging that supports both product protection and customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities:

  • Effective communication skills – Ability to provide clear and timely written and verbal communication with internal and external customers.

  • Relationship management – Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal departments, acting as the central contact for assigned customers.

  • Order management and accuracy – Experience in managing high volumes of orders, ensuring accurate and prompt entry into systems like SAP, and following orders through invoicing.

  • Problem-solving and complaint resolution – Handle customer complaints, billing issues, and service problems, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.

  • Negotiation and coordination – Ability to negotiate with Planning and Distribution teams to ensure product availability, expedite shipments, and manage backorders.

  • Customer-focused mindset – Take full ownership of customer service, remaining customer-oriented at all times while ensuring their satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Manufacturing industry or B2B experience strongly preferred.
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
