Together with our Client, a Scandinavian company from the wellness industry, we are building a new team dedicated to the Customer Service area. If you have experience in contact with clients (B2B, B2C), you speak fluent Hungarian and your goal is to join a company that values health, wellbeing and great teamwork - read the offer and apply.
As a Customer Service Specialist you will:
- provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- support customers (retail and partners) via different channels: phone, e-mail and chat on the dedicated market
- manage customer database and prepare reports
- solve invoice cases and cooperate with other departments when necessary
- manage claims
- build relationships built on open communication
Who you are?
- fluent knowledge of Hungarian, both written and spoken
- very good level of English - this is our corporate language
- previous experience in customer service or similar roles
- openness and kindness
- excellent communication skills
