Responsibilities:
- Daily contact with the customer and distributors by telephone and e-mail
- Sales orders management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Responding to customers' questions and issues
- Data administration and work with SAP
- Creating reports in MS Excel
- Introducing process improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in order management or customer service area;
- Fluent knowledge of Italian (min. B2/C1) and French or Spanish or Portuguese;
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2)
- University degree (bachelor/master);
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Knowledge of the SAP system will be an asset
