We are pleased to extend a job offer for the position of Customer Service Specialist with Spanish or German based in Łódź. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professionals who would like to get his first experience in the field of customer service.

Please note that this is a contract for 3-4 months, with a possibility of extending based on performance.

Role Description

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling a variety of tasks and responsibilities. Your daily duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Spanish or German
  • Providing accurate information and assistance to customers concerning products and services
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining and updating customer records
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish or German - at least B2
  • Comminicative English is a must - at least B1 level
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms
  • Experience in a customer service role is a nice to have, but not neccessary
