Customer Service Specialist with Foreign Language

Contract type: Employment contract (UoP)
Work model: On-site/Hybrid
Number of openings: 10

Your responsibilities:

  • Providing phone and email support to customers in choosen language
  • Resolving customer issues related to data changes, offering solutions, or supporting complaints
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring high-quality service
  • Responsibility for client relations and delivering exceptional customer support

 

 


Our requirements:

  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, Czech, French or Danish at a minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate) – mandatory
  • Communicative English skills at a minimum B1 level (intermediate) – mandatory
  • Strong communication skills and openness
  • High level of personal culture

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a similar role (corporate, e.g., in SSC/BPO sectors)
