Senior Digital and Design Manager

As the leader of our Digital Experience and Design team, you will play a crucial role in establishing this creative department as a core hub of digital design excellence. Operating seamlessly across the entire client journey, from public-facing websites to trading platforms and beyond, your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire the Digital Experience and Design team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • Challenge and motivate the team to consistently deliver design work aligned with our strategic objectives and brand experience principles.
  • Take charge of the entire digital design process, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the client journey.
  • Oversee the development of design solutions for public-facing websites, trading platforms, and various digital touchpoints.
  • Bring the brand to life through design work, adhering to brand experience principles and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Ensure that digital design aligns with and enhances the overall brand image.
  • Drive innovative thinking within the business through groundbreaking digital design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to infuse creativity into projects and challenge the status quo.
  • Play a pivotal role in the leadership team of the creative department, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Assume accountability for all digital design output, setting and maintaining high standards for quality.
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations for design excellence, guiding the team to consistently meet and exceed benchmarks.
  • Provide constructive feedback to individuals and teams, encouraging continuous improvement and growth.
  • Uphold high standards for design quality, ensuring that all digital design output aligns with defined expectations.
  • Confidently challenge and address work that falls short of established standards.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, branding, business management, or a related field, or any equivalent combination of education
  •  6+ years experience managing and leading a design and UX team
  • Experience in an international enviroment
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools
  • Experience in managing and leading the team 
  • Fluent English
