Role Overview:

Join a global financial services organization and contribute to the development of innovative cybersecurity solutions. As part of the Cybersecurity Assessment & Testing team, you’ll work in a modern DevSecOps environment, building secure, scalable systems that automate vulnerability detection and improve the security posture of critical infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role, combining backend, frontend, and infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Python-based microservices using FastAPI, Flask, or Django

• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party security tools

• Develop data pipelines (ETL) using Pandas, Numpy, Airflow, or Luigi

• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitLab, Jenkins

• Contribute to internal frontend tooling using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ideally React

• Deploy and manage services in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Write automated test suites (unit, integration, functional)

• Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot production issues

• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

• Improve engineering processes and contribute to technical documentation

Key Technologies (Must-Have):

• Python (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

• Data Processing – Pandas, Numpy, Airflow, Luigi

• CI/CD – GitLab, Jenkins

• Containerization – Docker, Kubernetes

• Databases – SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL), complex queries

• Frontend – HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)

• Operating Systems / Networking – Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls

• Version Control – Git (GitFlow, trunk-based)

• Agile / DevSecOps – Jira, Confluence

• Testing – Test-Driven Development, automation frameworks

Nice to Have:

• Experience with SAST/DAST tools, penetration testing, fuzzing

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), Terraform, Prometheus, Anthos

• Strong frontend development skills using React, Matomo, UI/UX background

• Advanced database knowledge (relational and NoSQL – e.g., MongoDB)

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
