Cybersecurity Strategy Program Manager
Location: Hybrid model - 6x month in Cracow (prefered) or Warsaw

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Strategy Program Manager to lead strategic transformation initiatives within the cybersecurity domain. This role will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex, high-impact programs that align with our cybersecurity strategy, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet defined outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Design and lead large-scale programs aligned with the Cybersecurity Strategy.

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Control Owners.

Develop business cases, initiate change, and define clear program objectives.

Monitor program progress, manage risks, control budgets, and assure delivery quality.

Oversee and support project teams across multiple workstreams.

Report regularly to stakeholders and participate in governance forums.

Drive improvements to the control environment aligned with NIST and internal frameworks.
Requirements

University degree and proven experience in managing programs in Cybersecurity, preferably in the financial sector.

Demonstrated experience working in global programs with multiple stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of control frameworks (e.g., NIST FSS), IT concepts, architecture, and infrastructure.

Project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).

Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder communication skills.

High level of ownership, autonomy, and results orientation.
